ALTPLAN.EXE        Altplan executable file

1. Install ALTPLAN.EXE in an appropriate directory
such as c:\ALTPLAN.

2. Type 

c:\ALTPLAN> ALTPLAN

3. Provide input within the menu system, as requested.
