What is the level of her education?

If not college, why not

If college, who made the decision to go and about the major.

Remember if she is single this will change her career path vs. that of someone who is married/ same with children.

What type of position does she hold; does her level of education correspond to her position?

Is this a male or female dominated field?

Why did she choose her occupation?

Did she choose it or fall into by happen stance?

Who cleaned last/ kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms ect.

Who does the laundry

Changes linens and make beds
