Memo
Here you will find two examples of memos that I have written. Both are in a common memo layout and style. The ability to write a memo should be posessed by all those who are going to enter a business environment.
Executive Summary
I have two examples of executive summaries that I have done. Notice the format and the how each is broken into different relevant sections. Many times time is an issue and athe complete report can not be read. Proper use of an executive summary can solve this problem.
Forcast
The example that I have included here is a forcast that I created. It has a version using single exponential smoothing and a version using triple exponential smoothing. A forcast can make or break a production plan. The use of different methods allow for different situations.
Operation Plan
Here you will find three different operation plans. Chase tries to maintain inventory and vary production. Level maintains production and varies inventory. Mixed combines the other two. Every situation will require the review of these different methods and determine the productivity of the operation.
