3D Investigation of ferroelectric domains within the polycrystalline BaTiO3 (Thesis Project)

The mesoscale response of the individual grains and domains in polycrystalline BaTiO3 as a function of electric loading. 

 

Characterization of ferroelectric domains with Microdiffraction technique

Microdiffraction experiments of BaTiO3 in quasistatic heating environment and observation of the ferroelectric domain evolution near Curie temperature.
