GEM Germplasm Releases and Key Traits has been updated on March 23, 2015. The total number of the GEM releases is 282.
Brownseed Genetics has become the new GEM cooperator and listed on The GEM Cooperator List (March 9, 2015).
2014 Characterization data have been updated and feel free to use (February 10, 2015).
2014 Disease evaluation data are available online now (February 5, 2015).
Both 2013 and 2014 NIR data are available online now (February 4, 2015).
2013 Characterization data are available online now (January 28, 2015).
Both 2013 and 2014 Breeding Cross Observation data are available online now (January 28, 2015).
The Publication page has been updated from year 1997 to year 2014(January 27, 2015).
2014 GEM yield trial data from both Ames and Raleigh locations are available online now (January 21, 2015).

The GEM TSG list has been updated on January 14, 2015.
The 2014 Presentations at the GEM annual cooperator's meeting on December 1o, 2014 are available online (January 7, 2015).
Global Investors, LLC; Hytech Seed India Pvt. Ldt., India; and Misra Hytech, Egypt, have become new GEM cooperators and listed on The GEM Cooperator List (December 5, 2014).
GEM Personnel has been updated (December 1, 2014).
ANNOUNCEMENT (October 21, 2014): The 2014 GEM TSG meeting and annual GEM cooperators' meeting will again be held in Chicago.
TSG meeting: 4:00-9:00pm in Wrigley room on Tuesday December 9, 2014 (TSG members only)

GEM cooperators' meeting: 8:30am-12:00pm in Regency D Ballroom on Wednesday December 10, 2014 (open to all GEM cooperators and interested parties).
The digitized Races of Maize volumes are available on USDA-ARS-NCRPIS (North Central Regional Plant Introduction Station) website (hope this information is useful to corn breeders). This page has also been added to the collections of Linkages on the main page as GEM reference (September 29, 2014).

The USDA-ARS GEM Project and the Iowa State University Doubled Haploid Facility have collaborated to develop doubled haploid lines for public uses. The report of multi-disease evaluations, along with nitrogen efficiency and drought tolerance evaluations from CAAS are available online now (April 7, 2014).
