Direction: GEM Field Day is located on gravel road 290th Street, Slater, IA. From West Ames, go 6 miles south of Lincoln Way on R38 (South Dakota) or from Slater, go north 4 miles from the intersection of Hwy. 210 and R38. Then go west 3.5 miles on the 290th Street gravel road. Plots are on the south side of the road.
