Dr. Mazur is associate professor of Sociology and director of the Center for Sustainable Rural Livelihoods (CSRL) at Iowa State which facilitates rural development and applied/action research in Uganda, CSRL's first partner country. His primary research interests are innovation and diversification in rural livelihood strategies, and linkages among livelihood activities (especially involving migration, including refugees and internally displaced people), food security, and health. |
