The Accounts Receivable Office is a department under the Vice President for Business and Finance and one that reports directly to the Treasurer of the University. We are responsible for managing the centralized University Receivables System (UR) which is used to bill external customers and students. Also, the Accounts Receivables Office is responsible for the billing and collection activity of four Loan Programs. SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENTS The U.S. Department of Education now allows schools to establish a policy requiring mandatory direct deposit of student refunds effective July 1, 2008. Your 2007 1098-T Tuition Statement is available on AccessPlus. If you need your password reset, contact the Solution Center at (515) 294-4000. Monthly Payment Plan enrollment is now open in AccessPlus for your 2008/2009 academic year.
