Meeker and Escobar jointly own the copyright to the textual slide
material and any figures that are not included in Meeker and Escobar
(1998).  John Wiley and Sons own the copyright for all of the
figures that have been taken from Meeker and Escobar (1998).

Permission is granted for individuals to make a single copy of the
slide material for their own educational use.  In order to make
multiple copies of the materials (e.g., for use in a course),
permission must be obtained from John Wiley and Sons.  Ordinarily,
permission will be granted in cases where the materials are to be
used in a course for which Meeker and Escobar will be the text.  In
