WWF Royalle Shoot-out at the O.K. Corral (PPV)

June 11 (7 p.m.)-- Live from the O.K. Motel, Casino and Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.

World Heavyweight Champion: Jumpin' Jack Flash

Intercontinental Champion: `Northern Star' Pirate Pete

Tag-Team Champions: Vacant

The Shoot-Out is a combination of two events: a random partner tag matchup followed by an ``over the top rope'' rumble (the shoot-out) which immediately follows the tag team event. Each person gets dealt exactly one card to determine the order in which they will appear in the shoot-out based upon the tag team results. Tag team winners draw red cards (with one joker) for the shoot-out while the tag team losers draw black cards (with one joker). Tag teams which draw and a 21st mystery wrestler(?) draw from the remaining combined red and black cards. In the shoot-out ``top rope'' rumble, contestants come in by card drawn (low to high by suit: Spades, Clubs, Hearts, Diamonds)-- one every 45 seconds. Jokers take the place of any face card and displaces the face card contestant until the next interval. Contestants are eliminated on submission, pinfall, disqualification or being thrown over the top-rope and then must leave the auditorium. First place finisher receives one title shot (first choice). Person who eliminates most wrestlers from the shoot-out receives one title shot (second choice). Third place finisher receives one title shot (third choice). Second place finisher gets nothing!

Let the Tag Shoot-out begin!

Las Vegas Shoot-Out Random Partner Tag Tournament - 6 minute time limit

*High poker hand (joker's wild, five card stud) amongst five tag contests gets title match. Poker hands also determine order of matches. New champions to face Lenny & Pirate Pete during next tour unless L&P champs then they face Laserburn or #1 contender.

Deal the cards. Let the Royalle Shoot-out Commence!

During the singles part of the shoot-out the Prince and King titles will be `on the line'. If anyone throws out, pins or submits Prince Honors Student or King Jerry Lawlyer then they get that person's crown. Also remember that the Prince's title is unsanctioned and can be lost by count-out or disqualification while the King retains his title under those two conditions.

Jumpin' Jack Flash has also decided to put up the HeavyWeight Title against the Mutant in the Shoot-Out. If the Mutant agrees, whomever goes in first between Flash and the Mutant- the other will ignore the card he's been dealt and immediately follow 45 seconds later. After that- if anyone throws Flash over the top rope, pins him or makes him submit, then they will be the new Heavyweight Champion!

Results of the Tag Shoot-out Matches:

  • 1. Tidalwave: Lenny, the Pipefitter & `Northern Star' Pirate Pete (vs.) Legendary: The Legend of Actura & Little Green Man *For the Tag Team Championship!* Evenly fought match with Lenny and Legend doing most of the work. Ends comes when Pete (near time-limit) tossed Legend out of the ring and took count-out victory. Tidalwave by count-out. No new tag champs so next match gets title shot.
  • 2. West Coast Connection: Johnny Vogue & Billy Banzai (vs.) The Posse: The Marshall & Lone Star Kid *For the Tag Team Championship!* Very even match with the Marshall and Lone Star Kid showing a lot of tag team coordination while the West Coast Connection survived on guts and raw talent. Time Limit Draw! No new tag champs so next match gets title shot.
  • 3. The Immortals: Thor & Golden Dragon (vs.) Tumbleweeds: The Rustler & The Ox *For the Tag Team Championship!* You know there is trouble on a tag team when managers begin to scrap outside the ring. Loki attacked Fujisan with Thor's Hammer and then Thor bodyslams Fujisan on the ringsteps. Thor & Loki then head for the locker room as Ox puts the final three count on the Golden Dragon! Tumbleweeds new Tag Champions! Fujisan taken out on a stretcher to a nearby hospital.
  • 4. Corps: King J. Lawlyer & Drill Sgt (vs.) TechnoForce: Prince Honors Student & Techno Thompson. The Sgt. and the King just never got along. Technoforce rolls over the King and Techno gets the pinfall as the Sgt. leaves the ringside area early. Technoforce by pinfall.
  • 5. Flashpoint: J. J. Flash & Turbo Thompson (vs.) Team Kracken: Mutant & Surfer Dude. Surfer dude never even shows up for this match as the Mutant devours both Flash and Turbo eventually getting a count-out victory over Flash. Dude shows up for the celebration and Mutant chases him back to the dressing room. Team Kracken by count-out.
