Previous: 6 Seattle WrestleWAR Showdown
Commissioner: Joe Tunney
World Heavyweight Champion: Surfer Dude
Intercontinental Champion: Pirate Pete
Tag-Team Champions: Thompson Twins
`Best of the West Title Tour' Matchups:
- Fool Chucker -- Rustler or Johnny Vogue
(The Backstab Match:
Chucker must stab one of his two partners in the back for a title shot.
Whomever he chooses, the other will be out for revenge!)
- *Thompson Twins -- Dark Destroyers and/or Top Contender(s)
(*Tag Title Match*:
The Dark Destroyers have already upset
the champions once-- will history repeat itself?)
- Lenny, the Pipefitter -- The Master Ninja
(Hostile Takeover Match:
Billy didn't make enough money at the WrestleWAR and now The Master
will not let Billy wrestle tag
again until
Billy pays him the $50,000 which he is due. Lenny intercedes
and challenges Master Ninja to a $50,000 matchup. If Lenny wins then
the Master Ninja is paid in full but if the Master Ninja wins
then the Master Ninja will takeover Nuts & Bolts.)
- *Best of the West Prelim. Matchup*
(Judge Honors Student as the Ally Winner of the Showdown presides over
the preliminary matches for the eight spots in the `Best of the West'
tournament.)
- Main Event: L.G.P. -- Johnny Vogue
(Old-Fashioned Grudge Match:
Vogue upset from doing double-duty at the Showdown
wants to
end Little Green Prince's career.)
Alternate night opponent: The Honors Student for either Vogue or L.G.P.
- Intermission (Push and sell new L.G.P. merchandise at a
discount.)
- Rustler -- Billy Banzai
(How tough are you alone?:
Rustler eliminated Banzai from the Showdown after Banzai
held on against a vicious Rustler/Chucker double-team.
Banzai challenges Rustler to a one-on-one matchup to see
who is the true top intercontinental contender.)
- Annihilators -- Nuts & Bolts or Top Contendor(s)
(Top Contendor Matchup:
Are either of these teams together enough to garner a victory
or will a mystery team fill the tag team void?)
- Thor or Caliph Ali -- Dude (non-title) OR
Freeland -- Fool Chucker or Mutant
(A Score to Settle:
This is a Heavyweight contender matchup with many old debts to
be paid.)
Open contract sign-up for Thor in this spot on alternate nights.
- Alt. Main Event: *Pirate Pete -- J. J. Flash or Top Contendor(s)
(*Intercontinental Title Match*: Flash got lucky once before and
had Pirate Pete beat-- can lightning strike twice?)
- Main Event: *Surfer Dude (& Bodyguard Max Speeder)
-- Little Green Prince and/or Top Contendor
(*Heavyweight Title Match*: Dude feels sorry for L.G.P. who got
cheated by Vogue out of a title shot so Dude gives L.G.P.
a shot at all the marbles.
Meanwhile Mutant hot from a massive WrestleWAR victory waits
in the wings with a title bullet in his hands.)
Possible Monday Night Rumble Matchups:
- *Tag Title Match* with re-instated Referee ``Blind'' Dave
Hebner or bullet title matchup.
- Turbo Thompson -- Caliph Ali
(War Vengeance:
``The War is not over until I say it
is over!'' exclaims Caliph Ali who wants vengeance from the Showdown.)
- Little Green Prince -- Jumpin' Jack Flash
(A Crown Match:
L.G.P. who was caught not wearing the crown to the ring
is forced to put the crown on the line
against Jumpin' Jack Flash
who is always dangerous in a title situation.)
