May 18 (7 p.m.)-- Live from Cashman's Bar, Casino and Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.

World Heavyweight Champion: Caliph Ali

Tag-Team Champions: *Chop & Chop

The Shoot-Out is a combination of two events: a random partner tag matchup followed by an ``over the top rope'' rumble (the shoot-out) which immediately follows the tag team event. Tag team winners draw in the high numbers for the shoot-out while the tag team losers draw in the low numbers. In the shoot-out ``top rope'' rumble, contestants come in by number-- one every minute. Contestants are eliminated on submission, pinfall, disqualification or being thrown over the top-rope and then must leave the auditorium. First place finisher receives two title shots. Third place finisher receives one title shot. Second place finisher gets nothing! As a special bonus, the Tag Team Champions Chop & Chop have decided to put the Tag Team title ``on the line'' against any opponent team that they might draw in the shoot-out!

Result: Chucker & Techno by submission -- Techno got Banzai to submit while Turbo tried to talk Techno (his brother) into releasing the hold. Turbo didn't see much action.

L.A. Story (Surfer Dude & Jumpin' Jack Flash) vs. Pirates (Pirate Pete & Caliph Ali)

Result: Pirates by pinfall -- Pirate Pete pinned Flash after Flash accidentally threw glitter into his own face.

Princely Powers (Thor & Student Prince) vs. Bomber & Mystery Wrestler - The Spoiler

Result: Princely Powers by Submission -- Thor destroyed both Bomber and the Spoiler while the Student Prince never even got in to the ring.

Techno took the Tag Team bullet (title shot). After the event, Thor gave the Intercontinental bullet to L.G.M. for doing so well and then was attacked from behind with a 2x4 by the cloaked figure of the Desert Karate Demon who had hidden himself in the crowd. Loki, Techno, Student Prince and L.G.M. ran in but were pounded out by the 2x4 before Turbo came in for the save (possibly preventing further permanent damage to the unconscious body of Thor). Possible fines to Thor for his savage attack on the unconscious body of Ali in the ring. Special recognition to L.G.M. (second place), Surfer Dude (four men out) and Billy Banzai (took on both Chop I & Chop II).
