O man I had to write something again. I love this show. I have to videos of salute your short that I recorded along time ago that I still always watch. David is my little bro under this writeing. He is 10 and I am 13. Yes I also have a Donkey Lips poster in mint condition that I would never ever sell in my life. If you are reading this try to write to nick.com. I remember Stick Stickley that dude was awsome .Are you afraid of the dark, Pete and Pet, Hey Dude, Ren and Stimpy, Salute Your Shorts, Wild and Crazy Kids, What Would you Do, Figure It Out, and My Brother and Me where the best shows in the whole world. I remember those shows like it was yesterday. Man it bites, the TV channels should let us vote before they cancel any shows that we loved. I bet if we could have voted all the shows that i listed and more would be saved and still on the air even if they were reruns it wouldn't matter because every one wold watch them. I wish they had those shows on Nick at Nite or TV Land A nother good show was Ahhhhhhhhhhh Real monsters. Well i got to go because I will fill up this page if I write any more things about Salute Your Shorts. I will write again in about a month, see ya die hard fans.

I really wish this show, along with countless others, would come back on the air! I've flipped through channels and watched the New Nick and it sucks... really bad... Hey! Whoever made this site is SO AWESOME for keeping the Anawanna pride alive! This and hey dude were my favorite shows growing up as a kid, I keep on praying that nick will air some reruns, I feel bad for the kids of today, they are deprived of the a wesome classic nick shows kids my age grew up with! All my friend and I talk about now adays is how much we miss this show...The "Zeke the Plumber" epis. is so classic but I think the "Capture the Flag" one is the all-time best...Oh heck- they're all the best and I really think that someone should organize a petition to Nick and get them to put all the AWESOME OLDIES (S.Y.S., Pete and Pete, Are You Afraid Of The Dark, Hey Dude, etc.) back on the ai r! I just want to say that this show was such a motivational experience for me. Last Spring I started the Nickleodeon Classics Players. Our first production was an off broadway musical called "Pete, We hardly knew ya!" It featured Marlon Brando as Pete and Old Mr. Knickerbee as Artie the World's Strongest Man. This Spring I am proud to announce my crowning masterpiece, "Bobby Budnick's Guide to Summer Fun". I'm hoping that my 8 months of script writing and weekly non stop viewing marathons will make t his a show to remember. Beware the Awful Waffle!!!!!!

This was the coolest show ever! It was a great part of my childhood and I will never forget the theme song or the awful waffle! Nickelodeon needs to bring back the good shows like Salute Your Shorts, Hey Dude, Pete and Pete, Wild and Crazy Kids, What W ould You Do?, Rocko's Modern Life, Ren and Stimpy, Roudhouse, Global Guts, Legends of the Hidden Temple, Are You Afraid of the Dark?(the old episodes), and any other good oldies that I forgot to mention. You know during the summer, there's the Nicktoon Su mmer Splash with Spongebob- well that sucks!!! Remeber the old summer nicktoon host Stick Stickley, well he was the man (or popsicle stick). salute your shorts was one of the most amazing tv shows ever. i have seen every episode. i only wish now that i wouldve taped them. every single nick show played in the early 90's, like hey dude, clarissa explains it all, double dare, you cant do that one televion, ect, were all amazing. i think the producers of nick should have an old school nick day and show a few episodes frmo every old nick show we have all grown up with and loved. salute your shorts will always be my favorite show!!!!!!!1

I remember the episode where Budnick and Donkeylips were trying to get a "hidden treasure". They tried going to sleep at the same time, but it didn't work. It's a shame that i don't remember what happened at the end. I guess i would know if Nick tried to give the show a few re-runs.

Hey campers!!! I love the tv show "Salute Your Shorts". I love the cast, the show, the plot behind it, and watching it. I used to watch it all the time when i was little on nickeloden, then it sadly went off the air, i miss the show alot, it's a great show and was ha lirous and it was just a great show to watch. You know, Nickelodeon was so much better when they had those old school shows. Hey Dude, Clarissa Explains it All, Round House, All That (when it was good), and especially Salute Your Shorts. SpongeBob is cool, but not as cool as the original Sponge. You know, on SYS. This site lets me be in third grade again. Roasted, toasted, and burnt to a crisp. :)
