Rose Wilbanks has been providing administrative support to the Vice President for Student Affairs since May, 2000. Wilbanks worked at private law firms and the Iowa Supreme Court before coming to Iowa State. She enjoys her job because, "the staff and students I get to work with are great."

Wilbanks has three children, Abby, Adam, and Alex. In her spare time, she enjoys listening to all kinds of music.
