


The Sigma Gamma Tau Society is established to recognize and honor those individuals in the field of aeronautics and astronautics who through scholarship, integrity, and outstanding achievement been a credit to their profession. The Iowa State University Chapter of Gamma Alpha Rho (later merged with Tau Omega in 1953 to form Sigma Gamma Tau) was founded in 1949. It is the purpose of this homepage to provide information regarding the Iowa State University Chapter of Sigma Gamma Tau to the Aerospace Engineering community and the general public, as well as facilitate communications with other chapters.
