Define and publish all the specialty soybean market opportunities available to Iowa soybean producers.

Investigate the market potential for the glycerine co-product of small scale methyl ester fractionation processes that produce industrial oils using soybean oil.

Evaluate the protein and oil composition of corn and soybeans grown with soil amendments that are by-products of the corn milling industry at two locations.

Evaluate the protein and oil composition of corn grown on area farm fields where the treatments are different amounts of side-dressed nitrogen after the Late Spring Soil Nitrate Tests were completed.
