Claims of Fact - Academic Option
A claim of fact asserts that a condition has existed, exists, or will exist. It consists of factual information-that is, information such as statistics, examples, and testimonies that most responsible observers assume can be verified.
An academic claim of fact is a general essay in which a solution for a problem is presented after evidence of thorough research is shown.
