Textbook Information

Textbook information for Iowa State University courses is available as close to the start of registration as possible. Textbook information for each section may be found on the websites for University Book Store and the Campus Bookstore. Students may purchase textbooks from any source they choose.

To view textbook information,

1. In the left column, click on Order Textbooks
2. You may then read the disclaimer and click "I have read and understand the above statement" link. (please note: you do not have to purchase your books from this source)
3. The next webpage will ask you to choose the departments of your classes. You may choose multiple classes. Click "Continue to Get Course Materials" after you have selected all of your departments.
4. Your next step will be to select the specific courses in which you are enrolled. It is important to note that you will need to select the proper section for each class. The instructor is also listed as a guide. Click "Continue to Get Course Materials" where you will be able to view the required text.

Campus Bookstore

From the CBS homepage:

In the top-center of the homepage, three drop down menus will direct you to select the term, department, and class range. This is located under the title "All of Your ISU Textbooks can be Found Here!" Please note that you will have to repeat this step for each department.

1. After selecting the class range, you will be taken to a list of textbooks for all of the classes in the specified range. You can scroll down to your class and section for a list of the required text.
