Spouse/Domestic Partner/Child Activity CardA Spouse/Domestic Partner/Child Activity Card is available for reduced rates at athletic events or performances at CY Stephens. To obtain the card, students need to stop by the Student Answer Center in Beardshear Hall. Spouses or domestic partners of students, faculty and staff need to provide proof of partnership. This can be verified by showing either a marriage certificate, insurance card or tax returns showing both partners names on the document. Students who want to obtain a Spouse Card for utilizing services such as CyCash, Parks Library, and the Lied Rec Center, need to have the spouse/domestic partner go to the ISUCard Office in 0530 Beardshear Hall to obtain a card. Cost is $10 per year and is valid until June 30th of each year. |
