Academic Renewal Petition

Students who want to return to Iowa State University to pursue an undergraduate degree after an extended absence may request permission to remove one or more incomplete terms from future degree and GPA considerations. US Diversity and International Perspectives Course Proposal

Departments use this form to propose courses for the U.S. Diversity and/or International Perspective Requirement. Review the guidelines and submit the U.S. Diversity and International Perspectives Course Proposal form to the college curriculum coordinator for approval.
