General Information . . .
The authority to lease land or real property, either as the lessor or lessee, is vested with the Board of Regents.

Procurement Procedure . . .

  • Property lease agreements must be sent to the Vice President for Business and Finance.
  • The agreement will be placed on the docket for ratification by the board at its next scheduled meeting.
  • A purchase order will be assigned to the agreement if ISU is the lessee.
