Appliance purchases that are solely for the benefit of staff, such as refrigerators or microwaves for employee use only, are explicitly unallowable on University funds.

Purchases of this nature must be done on Agency (206) funds. Please see Guidelines on Allowability, University Policy Manual Section 10.2(2) for further information.
