HP printing and imaging items must be purchased through the TechCyte or Information Technology Services (ITS). How to Buy HP Imaging Products Quotes can be obtained from TechCyte Sales for academic departments and administrative units. University faculty and staff currently need to contact TechCyte Sales to configure a HP printers and imaging products and receive a printed configuration quote. Ordering Procedures Call or visit the TechCyte for help configuring your HP printers and accessories. Prices for some items are listed on the TechCyte Sales web site. TechCyte Sales can order the full line of HP printing and imaging products, but not all products are shown on their web site. Either the TechCyte configuration quote or the ITS configuration quote needs to be attached to an intramural (unit cost under $5000) or forwarded with your web requisition (unit cost over $5000) to the Purchasing Department for processing.
