Eardc's unit conversion page Simple & easy to use. Not as many variables as some other sites.
Metric Conversion Factors Not a calculator (good for those who can't use forms) but lots of factors - Washingon State DOT
Legacy Engineering, Scientific Unit Converter An excellent forms based, scientific calculator. Also good for general use.
The Cornucopia Contains a Unit conversion calculator, Unit Conversion Tables and Old English Measures.
Appendix Of Useful Information For Daily Life in Pre-1650 Re-enactment Groups. Historical weights & measures, old chemical names, etc. A wonderful site.
Lee's useless decimal to Roman numeral converter For positive numbers less than 4000.
Mathematical notation & measurement equivalents list SI and British units including some uncommon ones, prefixes, etc. - Very useful

Online Chemistry Calculators Unit conversions and online ideal gas law calculator - MIT
Physics unit conversion tables Uses radio buttons instead of drop down menus. Works nicely.
Measurements Converter Forms-based converter of weight, volume, length, area, speed, pressure, temperature, circular measure & time. More flash and not nearly as easy to use as some of the others ?skip?
Grams to moles converter Just what it says. Limited but cute.

Conversion factors, engineering material properties, physical constants, & astronomical constants Related to telescope design but useful for other fields.
Favorite Mathematical Constants -Steve Finch, MathSoft. Want to know the value of a mathematical constant &/or how it is calculated? Look here. For the mathematically minded or those who just want the number. Also indexed by numerical value.

Table of Fundamental Physical Constants with errors Subset of CODATA info nicely arranged in a table - MIT. Clear, easy-to-read table of constants and their values. Includes units!
Constants & equations for calculations Good source of numerical information about planets & space - from the Sci.Space FAQ.

Mathematics & Physics

Dave's Math Tables Has low level math information; algebraic identities, geometry, trig, etc. Some parts much more useful than others e.g. the statistical graphs are pretty but not functional. Not my favorite but does have some useful stuff not available elsewhere.
Physics Reference laws, rules, notation, constants, symbols & units. Nice site for brushing up on that law you just can't quite remember.
Mathematical Snippets Fun, relatively simple explanations of interesting math concepts; the Pythagorean theorem, Archimedes' tombstone, the Möbius strip, the Koch snowflake curve, Plateau's problem, & counting to infinity.
Abstract algebra online Textbook notes online. Not a quick fact site but contains much useful information
The Math Forum: Quick Reference Outstanding set of links to various educational, answer services & other math resources.
Physical reference data - NIST Excellent set of physics reference links, but not for novice physicists.

Hazardous chemical database Data on 1991 hazardous chemicals taken from; 1996 North American Emergency Response Guidebook NAERG96, 1996, Hazardous Chemicals Data NFPA 49, PC-49-94, 1994, & the Merck Index 11th edition, 1989. Searchable by name, formula and registry numbers (CAS, DOT, RTECS and EPA).

Drug (Pharmaceutical) Databases

RxList - The Internet Drug Index Very simple format but use the "keyword" search instead of "drug name" to go directly to detailed drug information (4000 compounds).
Health Philadephia Search by brand or generic name of prescription drugs.
Rx Advisor part of Eckerd Pharmacy health information which also includes: over-the-counter drug database, and common illness fact sheets
USP Drug database Online Health. Drugs listed alphabetically by name followed by manufacturer (8000 compounds). This site also has some nice, basic human anatomy illustrations and other information.
PharmInfo Drug Database Generic and trade name searching. At first glance seems easy to use, but doesn't pretend to be complete e.g. aspirin does not appear on the drug lists.

MEDLINE

MEDLINE is an international medical/biomedical database produced by the National Library of Medicine (NAL). It can be accessed from many sites, each with a different search interface.

Internet Grateful Med Very easy to use

Contains: MEDLINE, HealthSTAR (Health Services, Technology, Administration, and Research), PREMEDLINE, AIDSLINE, AIDSDRUGS, AIDSTRIALS, DIRLINE (Directory of Information Resources onLINE - Health and biomedical information resources including organizations, government agencies, etc.), HISTLINE (HISTory of medicine onLINE), HSRPROJ (Health Services Research Projects in Progress), OLDMEDLINE, and SDILINE (Selective Dissemination of Information onLINE - Contains citations from the most recent complete month in MEDLINE),

PubMed For scientific researchers. Not as easy to use as IGM, but the links are useful.

Another MEDLINE and Pre-MEDLINE from NAL with links to participating on-line journals and other related scientific (e.g. protein or DNA sequence) databases .

HealthWeb Not easy to navigate (frames).

A commercial site. MEDLINE is free. Other NAL medical databases (see Internet Grateful Med description) available for a fee.
Healthgate The new frames version is disorienting
