Organization of the Class

Course content: chapters 1-8 and 11 in the book. We will have about 12 Homeworks 10 points each 

(two lowest scores will be dropped);  6 quizez 20 points each (one lowest score will be dropped);

Midterm will be tentatively at the end of the Week 4, 1 hour in-class

Final will be on the last week. It will be focused on the second part of the course mainly.

Grading policy:

Homework 25%, Quizez  25%, Midterm 25%, Final 25%.
