I studied the B -> D gamma gamma decay in the framework of the Heavy
Meson Chiral Lagrangian to leading order in chiral perturbation theory
and heavy quark expansion. Predictions for the branching ratios are
given. Comparison with the conventional pole model approach is also
presented.
