At moderate to large tanā, down-type quark mass matrices and Yukawa couplings cannot be diagonalized in the same basis. It generates flavour violating couplings of neutral Higgs bosons. These couplings lead to Higgs-mediated contributions to Bs -> ģ+ģ- and Bd -> tau+ tau-. We evaluate the branching ratios of these decays in the framework of minimal gravity, gauge- and anomaly-mediated SUSY breaking models and also SU(5) with non-universal gaugino mass parameters at GUT scale. We show that they are in the experimentally interesting range, possibly observed at the Tevatron or B factory.
