The final will be a takehome exam focusing on the material in
the last five weeks (repeated measures, repeated experiments,
baseline data). It will not include yes/no data (the last couple of lectures).
I expect
to make the final available Friday May 1. It will be due Friday May 8 at 5 pm.
The last couple of lectures will discuss proportion (yes/no)
data, including
logistic regression. I will not discuss spatially correlated data.
Come and see me if you really wanted to hear about that.
Current and upcoming
lectures These are 'assigned'. They provide another presentation
or perspective on lecture details. I expect you to read (or skim, if
suggested) these.
Optional readings This list
contains additional papers closely connected to lecture material.
You may find one of these helpful if the assigned reading doesn't
make sense.
References to additional material
This is a list of papers on topics tangential to lecture material.
These are for your benefit if you are interested in a topic. You
are not expected to read these.
