"In our culture, we've got those sort of dominant anniversaries, and number six is not really one that tends to resonate. It's normally five or 10. I think you could have argued that there seemed to be a bit of a wane maybe around year four. And while I haven't looked at this, I wouldn't be surprised if year five had a bit more fanfare and pomp in coverage, which would certainly support that basic idea.

"Now if the question is, 'Is it still at the lofty heights that it was?' No, and I don't know that any event could ever sustain that. But is it more resident and still quite a potent part of our contemporary history? I would say yes."
