Open forum Oct. 28 on latest strategic plan draft

AMES, Iowa -- The second draft of Iowa State University's strategic plan for 2005-2010 will be discussed during an open forum Thursday, Oct. 28. The forum will be from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in 101 College of Design.

The strategic planning committee will consider comments from the forum as well as written comments as it makes final revisions on the plan in the coming weeks. Written comments should be sent to strategicplan@iastate.edu by Friday, Oct. 29.

The plan goes to the Faculty Senate for discussion in November and the Board of Regents, State of Iowa, in February or March. The second draft is online at http://www.public.iastate.edu/~newplan.
