MEDIA ADVISORY: VILSACK TO ATTEND OPEN HOUSE/RIBBON CUTTING AT ISU RESEARCH PARK TOMORROW
AMES, Iowa -- Iowa Gov. Thomas Vilsack will attend the open house/ribbon cutting for the new building four at the Iowa State University Research Park at 11 a.m., Tuesday, Oct. 29, in the building's atrium, 2711 S. Loop Dr. Funding from the Physical Infrastructure Assistance Program, provided through the Iowa Department of Economic Development (IDED), helped make the new building possible. The building currently houses three high technology companies -- Ajinomoto USA Inc.; CombiSep Inc.; and Phytodyne Inc. The event is hosted by the ISU Research Park, the Iowa State Pappajohn Center for Entrepreneurship and the Ames Chamber of Commerce.
