Nick McClimon

Nick is a freshman in Animal Ecology at Iowa State University. He was born in DeWitt, Iowa In 1992 and has lived in rural DeWitt all his life. He graduated from Central Clinton Community Schools at DeWitt in 2010. In High School Nick was active in football, NHS, and FFA. He received his FFA Iowa Degree in 2009. He is also an active member of the fishing club at Iowa State. He also belongs to the Grand Mound Sportsmenís Club and the Clinton County Pheasants Forever. Nick enjoys hunting deer, turkeys, pheasants, raccoons, coyotes, squirrels, and waterfowl. He is a dedicated fisherman as well, and has won multiple Catfish tournaments. Trapping is another pastime he enjoys throughout the winter months. Nick also enjoys riding his four-wheeler, mudding in his truck, working on vehicles, and candle- lit meals followed by long walks on the beach.
