Organizing your content:

One of the easiest ways to organize a site is to create an outline, just as you would when writing a paper. Each major idea can be represented by a Roman Numeral, with subdivisions represented by capital letters. Following this form will show you where natural breaks occur, and how pages can be linked to form the backbone of the site. You can use your outline to create a concept map and storyboards (you can use the outline to number your storyboards, too). After the outline is finished, you can reorganize the sections and figure out the "flow" of the site.
