I attended high school at Ft. Madison High School. I actually lived in the country, and I had a 15 minute drive to school every day. My high school was average sized. I had a graduating class of 150. We were the Ft. Madison Bloodhounds, and our colors were red and black.
I concentrated on my classes in high school, and I tried to do my best. I was one of the valedictorians of my class (we had 5 valedictorians because my high school didnít distinguish between +ís and ĖĎs).
I didnít just study in high school though. I also had fun and was involved. I was a member of the dance team for 3 years, band for 4 years, National Honor Society for 3 years, and 4-H for many years.
†I also went on a trip to Spain, France, and Italy during high school, and it was an amazing experience.
I now am a freshman at Iowa State University. I am majoring in animal science/pre-vet. I am involved on campus with Block and Bridle club, Pre-vet club, and Freshmen council. I also play the flute in concert band.
