Exam I Review - Fall 2008

The midterm exam is a 100 point exam. It  consists of between 43-45 multiple choice questions worth 86-90 points and 10- 14 points of short answer questions. Most of the exam will come directly from the text. One or two questions may be from class material.

The multiple choice section will include questions from  chapters 1 (7 questions), 2 (5 questions), 3 (2 questions), 4 (5 questions), 8 (10 questions), 9 (4 questions), 10 (5 questions) and 14 (5 questions).

To help yourself study for the exam, check out the CD that came with the text and take the sample exam questions at the end of each chapter.

To help you study for the short answer section, look over the chapter on outlining and the Speech Communication Process in Chapter 1.
