The Cyclone Ballroom Classic will offer American and International dance in all adult categories. Following the competition will be a social dance for all competitors and the public. Three days of dances, workshops, and competitions; learn from Kim Clever and David Frutos of Ventura, CA; who are six time US Open finalists. The 11pm unmasking will award prizes for the most creative masks and costumes. Free swing lesson from 8-8:30pm in parallel with the dance. Our music is mostly big band with modern music used for the swing and fox trot. Singles are welcome, and you don't have to have a partner. Dress is casual; however, indoor-type shoes or socks must be worn on the studio floor. The practices are held on the ISU Campus in the Forker Building, studio 196 (Toman Studio), from 7:30-9:45pm on most Friday evenings during fall and spring semesters when ISU is in session.
