Mary Felicity Barratt
Mary Barratt has taught in IEOP since 1978. She has a BA (U.C. Berkeley) and MA (Ohio University) in Linguistics, and a PhD in Higher Education/International Education (Iowa State University). She belongs to several professional organizations. She has published articles and given numerous presentations at national and regional professional conferences. She was a Peace Corps volunteer in Ghana, a teacher in France, and a Fulbright lecturer in Italy. Her professional interests include the teaching of oral/aural communication skills and English grammar, and international student adjustment.
