Month #6

I had an adjustment yesterday.  I thought I was going to get rubber bands, but I guess that won't be until next time.  The new wires are 17x25, and they're making my teeth rather sore.  I really don't like my wires being taken out and then sitting around waiting for the ortho.  It makes me feel like I'm driving without my seatbelt - my teeth aren't strapped in.  It's a weird feeling if you've never had braces before.

Anyway, I went for pink this time.  I thought I was going to get rid of my powerchain but no such luck.  Bummer.  I feel like I'm in the holding pattern that so many people complain about after all the noticeable movement has taken place.

I've been drinking a LOT of tea lately - so much for not staining my ligatures!  I had my teeth cleaned yesterday, too, so I'm surprised to see that my left lateral looks kind of yellow.  Maybe it's from my tea already this morning.
