The Money Pit
(a.k.a. Home Sweet Home)

It's my house, well it is now, anyway!  It started out its life as a farmhouse outside Ames in 1909, so it's quickly approaching the century mark.  Yet it has all the comforts of home - heat, running water, electric lights, indoor plumbing, even central air conditioning.  Upcoming projects are to refinish the hardwood floors on the first floor, paint the guest bedroom and rebuild the deck in the back.
