Honor Societies in Technology < Back to Honor Society Overview Beta Phi Mu seeks to recognize and encourage scholastic achievement among library and information studies students.Delta Sigma Rho – Tau Kappa Alpha's purpose is to promote interest in and to award suitable recognition for excellence in forensics and original speaking; and to foster respect for and an appreciation of freedom of speech as a vital element of democracy. Epsilon Pi Tau recognizes academic excellence of students in fields devoted to the study of technology and the preparation of practitioners for the technology professions. National Technical Honor Society (NTHS)'s mission is to honor student achievement and leadership, promote educational excellence, and enhance career opportunities for the NTHS membership. Tau Alpha Pi is the national honor society for engineering technology. Upsilon Pi Epsilon's purpose is to promote the computing and information disciplines and to encourage their contribution to the enhancement of knowledge. |
