Current Research Interests

I am currently interested in performance evaluation of high performance computing systems and various tools for high performance computing, especially those that help to debug (parallel) programs. See the list of recent and current projects on the left.

I am/was actively involved in the various projects on functional and performance testing of a number of OpenMP compilers, MPI libraries, SHMEM libraries, Run-Time Error Detection Systems (for serial, MPI, OpenMP, UPC programs), TotalView parallel debugger on a number of supercomputer platforms.

I also provide assistance to ISU faculty and their graduate students in program parallelization and optimization.
