Memorial Page

This page was inspired by our families pets that have been taken from the family. They will always be in our hearts and in the our minds. This is why I decided to give them their own page in my website. This section of pictures are very dear to me and my family this is because our family is very close to our animals.

Lucky was the cat I remember most because he was our cat when I was growing up. We got him from a lady who found him on the road, hence the name Lucky. His name came from the fact he was lucky to be alive. He was a funny cat on the regards that he loved fruit (watermelon and muskmelon). He did have a problem with other animals. As you can see from the pictures he loved to look out the windows and perch on chairs. In the picture on the top of line third in from the right he was waiting for me to come up the hall so he could chase me that is when he found out I was in the kitchen and not down the hall. One down side was that he had a little bit of a temper, but he could be sweet when he wanted to be. He was also a great mouser. Lucky died a long time ago, if memory serves me right he died of a stroke. Lucky died April fools day and I knew something was wrong when I woke up that day Mom and I were sure something happened and she told me to take him to the Vet. He died about five minutes before the Vet got there. He later thought that the cause of death was a stroke but he could not say since they have not done to many studies on cats and strokes. That was a sad day when I came home and held out the blanket to my mother with Lucky in it.

Puppy was my dog when I was growing up. He was my baby. Puppy was one of two dogs we had back then. Buddy was the other dog we had. As you can see in two of the pictures he loved to smile, and yes I know what you are thinking we staged that. No we did not he was a very nice dog and loved to make a fool of himself. I remember once my father and I were working on the roof of our house and he was barking at us, and we of course did not know he was on the roof with us until we looked behind us. That is when we took him down and told him he could not be up there. This is when we went back to work on the roof, and low and behold he was on the roof again so we decided to watch him this time and when we were up on the roof he climbed the ladder rung by rung until he was on the roof and he smiled a great big smile. That is one of the funniest moments we had with him. Sadly he was old and he had a stroke. My mother and I nursed him out of it and he was able to function and love, but then he had a massive one and we could tell there was nothing in his eyes he was gone. That is when we decided to put him down. That was one of the saddest moments of my life.
