Welcome to my homepage at Iowa State University. I am a member of the Astronomy Research Group within the Department of Physics & Astronomy. My research is focused on observational studies of the interstellar medium of our Galaxy and studies of high and intermediate mass star formation.

In addition to my research I teach astrophysics courses at all levels and am very active in outreach activities in the Ames area.
