Located on the edge of a lush flood plane in Mazama, Washington, the scaffold-like house allows the occupant to rise above the ground plane and access stunning views amongst the trees. The residence looks like a machine placed in the middle of a forest. This contrast is most apparent during the winter season, and in the summer the colors of Delta Shelter reflect the colors on the leaves of the surrounding trees.
