I am a fourth year PhD student in Materials Science and Engineering Department at Iowa State University. Prof. Zhiqun Lin is my advisor.

My research intersts are nanocomposites and their applications. My experiences cover the synthesis of nano particles and small organic compounds, polymerization, the fabrication of complex structures by self-assembly and the related characterizations in term of both materials properties and device performances.

I received my B.S from Materials Science Department, East China University of Science and Tecnnology, Shanghai, China in 1999. I got my M.S. in polymer chemistry from Chemistry Department, Mississippi State University in 2003 under the advisory of Dr. Charles Pittman.
