The Symposium Is Over

The International Symposium on Physics, Chemistry, and Ecology of Seasonally Frozen Soils was held in Fairbanks, Alaska from 10 - 12 June 1997 with a post-symposium tour on 13 June 1997. Thanks to everyone who attended and made this symposium a success. There is already talk of holding another symposium in four or five years.

The Proceedings for the International Symposium on Physics, Chemistry, and Ecology of Seasonally Frozen Soils were distributed to symposium attendees. There are 89 papers in the proceedings. Titles, authors, and page numbers are listed in the Table of Contents.
