Guidelines for Proceedings Papers
Final (Camera-Ready) Copy

Typesetting
Authors with access to typesetting equipment or services, including personal computers with laser or ink jet printers (not dot matrix printers), are encouraged to use them in printing papers. Pages produced on these printers should use the following format:

Typing
Authors without access to typesetting equipment may prepare their papers single-spaced on word processors or typewriters using a 12-pitch Prestige Elite type font. The basic two-column layout is the same as for typesetting. Underlining may be used in place of italics. Do not attempt to justify the right margin.

Title
On a separate sheet of paper, please provide the title of your paper, the name(s) of the author(s), the business or school affiliation typeset and inserted on the first page of your paper. Leave the top 50 mm (2 inches) and the bottom 24 mm (1 inch) of the image area on page 1 blank for this purpose.

Abstract
An abstract of 150 words or less must be included as the first section of the paper.

Key words
Up to five key words should be inserted just below the abstract.

Units
The International System of units (SI) will be standard for all papers. Where the original data were obtained in English units, the SI equivalents must be shown in parentheses immediately following the English units.

References
List all bibliographical references at the end of the paper in the conventional alphabetical order (by author's surname). They should be complete and accurate. SSSA style should be used. When referring to references in the text, type the author's surname followed by the year of publication: Peters (1977) or (Peters 1977).

Page numbers
Do not type a page number on each sheet. Final page numbering will be done by the editors. Instead, write the author's surname and the number of the page on the back of each sheet so that the volume can be assembled in proper order.

Tables
All tables should be inserted at the appropriate point in the text. The table number and title should be centered above the table.

Line drawings and photographs
All line drawings should be the original (black ink on white paper) or a high-quality copy (glossy print). Photographs (halftones) should be black and white glossy prints. Please adjust the size of all line art so that the lettering is approximately the same size as the text type. Insert line drawings and photographs at the appropriate locations in the text. The figure number and caption should appear beneath the illustration.

Proofreading
It is impossible for the editors to proofread and correct final pages for errors in spelling, typing, etc. Please reread your final pages carefully before submission.

Length
Each paper is limited to a maximum of 7 pages, including text, table and figures.
