A Coupled Model with Salt, Moisture and Heat during Freezing and Thawing of Saline Soil
He Ping and Zhu Yuanlin

It is known that the salt of soil has great effects on the migration of heat and moisture during freezing and thawing. Based on the laws of mass conservation and head conduct, phase balance principle on crystallizing of salt and water, and the motion forms of convection and permeation of solute, a coupled model with salt, moisture and head is proposed. The model is of importance to analyze the migrations of water and salt during freezing and thawing.
