Welcome to the completely fresh new homepage for Iowa State Formula SAE. In coming months, the page will finally get the finishing touches, and be updated throughout the year with news on the 2003 car's development, team events, and eventually how well the team fairs in the 2003 FSAE Event! MIXED LUCK FOR ISU AT FSAE 2002

After months of hard work, the team was unfornutnately met with catastrophic engine problems at competition. Problems with the timing wheel was eventually diagnosed as the problem which unfortunately didn't let the team compete in any dynamic events. Using scores from the Presentation Events alone, the team got 83rd place over all. The team did come away as winners, however, through the Lincoln Electric Essay competition. Based on an essay, Lincoln Electric donated a Mig welder to the neediest team. The team sends out a huge thanks to Lincoln Electric, and congradulations to all the teams on this year's competition, as they begin work for FSAE 2003.
