What's Your Legacy?March 22-December 16, 2007 DescriptionThe Brunnier Art Museum's exhibition presents 150 important legacies from Iowa State University's art collection, and other museum and private collections. New portrait commissions will also be unveiled regularly throughout the exhibition. The project will reveal the great diversity and exceptional quality Iowa State legacies, and recognize their significance through an examination of the aesthetic, symbolic, and utilitarian function within the history of Iowa State. Essentially, this project will present the finest examples Iowa State Legacies and celebrate the educational place within the larger context Iowa, the State, nation and world.
